Holistic counselling is a gentle and compassionate form of therapy it can help with a wide variety of issues.
At times we just need someone to talk things over with, a space free of judgment where we can gain clarity.
Holistic Counselling really helps shine light on areas of your life that might be impacting the way you are currently feeling and showing up in your relationships and with yourself. It can help you let go of your past, change your thought process and past programming so you can step into the present moment seeing a whole new way of living.

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage has so many benefits on the body.
As we go through life we put strain on our body, muscles, tendons, ligaments all in which can result with pain and unalignment. Using a combination of pressure, massage, stretching and trigger point therapy to penetrate the muscles and stimulate the body's mechanisms to repair itself. I aim to get you back on track, reduce pain and tension, improve posture and range of motion, blood flow and reduce stress.

Massage is also a great tool to allow the body to flow and circulate. It improves your health and wellbeing. We store our emotions in our body, these emotions we hold onto can then impact the muscles, cells and facia causing disfunction. Massage is a powerful tool that can move and release the stored emotions built up and allow the function of the body to open and flow again.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a combination of remedial massage and relaxation massage. It aims to help relieve pain, reduce stress improve circulation and place your body and mind in a deep sense of relaxation. We work on the whole body allowing it to relax and provide an opportunity for your immune system to take a break and repair.
You can leave a Therapeutic massage feeling deeply relaxed, re-energized, connected, improved mobility, better sleep, strengthened immune response.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy puts a lot of strain on a woman’s shoulders, neck, back and abdominal muscles. Massage during pregnancy helps to ease some of this discomfort, and provides a range of other health benefits. Pregnancy massage is typically a gentle massage, and different techniques are used depending on the stage of a woman’s pregnancy. It really deepens the connection between mum and bub as well, as mum is being placed in a lovely relaxed response. It improves your mobility and flexibility, while releasing tight and tense spots within the body.
